Yen Shi Chin

Yen attended The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and received her degree from The School of Art & Design at The University of Michigan in her hometown, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Most recently, she curated the exhibit Robert Vonnoh, American Impressionist, Madron’s first museum-collaborative show with The Butler Institute of American Art. An advocate for arts in the community, Yen has produced over 30 events and exhibits in the last four years working closely with collectors, artists and museums. Bruce Bachman

Bruce Bachman

Bruce attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and did graduate work at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the field of Art Collection care and Maintenance. With over thirty years experience in the field of American art, Bruce has organized several traveling museum exhibitions and arranged the loan of clients’ art work to a variety of museums and through the Art In Embassies program at the State Department. He has curated most of the exhibitions at Madron including: William S. Schwartz (1896-1977) 2005, Nudes: A Body of Work 2006, American Women Artists 2007, and The Soyer Bros. 2008. Rachel Troxell

Rachel Troxell

Rachel was born and raised just across the lake, in Southwest Michigan. She attended Harrington College of Design in Chicago, receiving a degree in digital imaging. Her love and appreciation for the visual arts lead her to Madron. She is productively researching pieces, designing and photographing for the gallery. Currently Rachel is helping produce the upcoming Op Art exhibition The Responsive Mind, which will pay homage to the MoMA's 1965 show The Responsive Eye, scheduled for Fall of 2010.
